This specific GoFundMe account is to send the most inspiring essay winner to D.C. based on their writing efforts in how they can help contribute to the community and what this trip means to them. 

Our goal is to send ALL the 8th grade class to D.C. from Moos Elementary. It will be their first class trip to D.C. but finding limitations in attendance due to financing. This is the perfect opportunity to collaborate the community efforts for a greater cause. Who knows, maybe one of the students is a future president!! In this political climate, we can have differing opinions but our kids ARE the future and we need to teach them kindness and equal opportunity. There have been numerous fundraisers for the cause but still need a big push forward. We are helping put together a community fundraising event at Moos Elementary on January 12th.
