The Gambia, a Muslim country located in the western part of Africa.

We are seeking your help and generosity to help complete a masjid before the blessed month of Ramadan 2026 beings.

This is not just another masjid build in an area of many masaajids, rather this location is unique and a hotpot for the local Muslims around the area who find them self' walking miles to get to the nearest mosque for jummah, Tarawweh

etc.

As good as the benefits and reward for walking to the masjid is, but this can sometimes be a burden especially in the rainy seasons or the dark nights of Isha.

That's why the locals have taken it upon them self's to build this much needed masjid nearby and are only just now asking for external help after they have exhausted all efforts and can no longer afford to compete the construction which is already 50% complete.
