Dear friends,

We’re raising money to support our wonderful friend Mosaic go on the Ordination retreat in Spring!

It’s a 3-month retreat held in the Spanish mountains. Ordination is a significant step in one's Buddhist practice, and requires commitment, courage and personal transformation. Mosaic has given a lot to this journey, and now she’s ready to deepen her practice and contribute to the community and the World even more than she already does.

Mosaic has been part of the Ipswich Sangha (Buddhist Community) for over a decade and gives so much to others. She is kind, thoughtful and generous and cares about inclusion and making Buddhism accessible to everyone. Trained as a teacher, she’s excellent at communicating the Dharma. She’s dependable, capable and supports the Sangha constantly with a sense of play, creativity, humility and integrity.

The hope is that she heads up the mountain in Spain at the start of April alongside 18 others and where they'll practice together for 3 months. The Ordination ceremonies would take place during this time, and Mosaic would receive a new name as she commits to qualities of compassion and wisdom.

Now she needs £4500 to make it possible!

The retreat costs almost £4000, and there are travel and a few other expenses. We hope that you feel moved to contribute and help her get there.
