Monique Washington’s Kicking Ass Cancer’s Ass

For the past 19 years I’ve trained with Monique Washington at least twice a week. Over that time no topic has been off limits. She is one of the best humans I know and one of my most cherished friends. She is a friend and therapist to so many of us and our lives are better because of her. Upon hearing they found a mass during her colonoscopy on 2/14 I was scared but hopeful, the following Tuesday when it was confirmed as cancer I was heartbroken. She needs our help as she begins radiation and chemotherapy to kick this ass cancers ass. As a small business owner her insurance isn’t great plus when she’s not training she isn’t making money.
