Hey friends and family, a friend of mine found "Morton" on the side of the highway on the night of Sept 23rd, tied to a tree with an extension cord around his neck. He'd obviously been there for some time, as he looked very skinny, and was covered in quills and mites. He was taken to the 24 hr emergency vet and he needs quite a bit of help. He appears to be 4-6 months old and intact. He is going to need a few surgeries and may have to have one or both eyes removed due to the quills. He's just a young, handsome boy who deservers all the help he can get. The funds raised will all go towards Morton's upcoming vet bills which are already in excess of $2700. Anything more than what is required will be donated to the veterinarian hospital.
