As many of you know my mother passed away in June 2023. I've been doing what I can to keep her mortgage going on her house but I've hit a hiccup trying to get her funds released to me. It's a long story but the bulk of it had a logistics issue on the banks side and now I have to start the process over. I've also not heard anything from trying to find a life insurance policy.

I need to keep her mortgage paid and up to date while I work on the house. I planned to use the funds in her account but this hiccup has put me 10 steps back.

I hate doing these fundraisers but I'm backed into a wall right now. Anything helps and I greatly appreciate it.
