Morocco Earthquake Disaster Relief

Hi my name is Sara and I’m raising funds to help provide emergency relief for the victims of the recent Earthquake in Morocco.

Hundreds of people have been killed following a powerful 6.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Morocco with an epicentre 50 miles south of the city of Marrakesh. Many of the fatalities are said to be in remote villages near the Atlas Mountains area. Human Appeal is closely monitoring the situation with our partners on the ground in Morocco.

The number of deaths and injured is expected to rise as emergency workers continue to search the collapsed buildings. There is also countless people sleeping outside due to fear of aftershocks.

I’m a regular visitor to this beautiful country and I’m receiving updates on the situation and where funds are most needed.
