Assalamu alaikum! My name is Mohamed Kaanoune. This summer, I went to visit the villages in the Atlas Mountains for the first time, but last week, over 2,000 people passed away due to the earthquakes and thousands were injured. Families were suffering with no food, water, shelter, etc, including my family who I just saw for the first time this summer. My goal is to raise at least $3,000 and all the money will be wired and sent to Moroccan families in the villages as they were struck the most. The money I raise will be sent to my uncle who will help distribute the funds that will help them buy food, water, tents, blankets, and clothes to stay safe and healthy in these rough times.
