Moroccan Brother in Ohio – Body Transportation Fund

With heavy hearts, we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved brother, Redouan, a Moroccan son, husband, father, and friend, who took his last breath in Ohio today.

Redouan was a man full of life, laughter, and love. His journey in this world came with hardship, but he always held onto his Moroccan roots and his deep desire to one day return home. As a family and community, we want to honor that wish by sending his body back to Morocco, so he may be buried among his loved ones and ancestors in his homeland.

Unfortunately, the cost to transport a body internationally is incredibly high—up to $20,000 when you factor in funeral home services, international flight arrangements, sealed casket requirements, and Moroccan customs documentation.

We are humbly asking for your support to help us cover the cost of:

• Body preparation and funeral services in Ohio

• Hermetically sealed casket required for international transport

• Airline cargo fees to Morocco

• Local transportation and burial costs once he arrives in Morocco

-Any leftover funds will go to his wife and 2 year old daughter that he left behind. 

Any amount, no matter how small, brings us closer to giving Redouan the respectful and dignified farewell he deserves.
