Morgan's Miss Texas Teen USA 2016

My name is Morgan Crippen.  I am 16 years old and attend Mansfield High School.  I am a honor roll student with a current  GPA of 3.8.  I enjoy reading, shopping and   dance.   I have been dancing competitively for 3 years and it is truly my passion.  This summer I was accepted into the summer intensive program with American Ballet Theatre in Austin, Texas.  It was a lot of hard work and an amazing experience all in one.   I will be forever grateful for that opportunity and the lifelong friends I met.

I am reaching out to family and friends because I have been invited to represent Mansfield in the 2016 Miss Texas Teen USA pageant, being held November 28 & 29 in Houston, Texas.  As a contestant, there is a required sponsorship fee to entry the pageant, in addition to  coaching and training expenses that will help me prepare for this AWESOME opportunity.   My plan is to study broadcast journalism at the University of Texas at  Austin.   Participating in the pageant will allow me to work on my comminication skills,  interviewing and  public speaking. The winner of the pageant will receive college scholarships and represent Texas in the Miss Teen USA 2016 pageant.
