On Thursday March 30st 2017, my niece Morgan Ann Sweener was in a one car rollover accident. She was wearing her seatbelt but her right hand was out of the car, breaking her fingers and removing skin from her hand as the car rolled over. She hit her head on the windshield removing skin from her forehead. In addition to emergency medical , she needs plastic surgery on her hand and top of her head. She has headgear she needs to wear for two to three months because she fractured the C2 bone in her neck. She cannot work or drive during that time, if she were to move her neck she could be paralyzed from neck down. There was only liability on the car. We are asking for help in this time of need.
