Morgan needs help so he can afford to have heart surgery
Donation protected
I'm Carolyn and this is for my son Morgan. He needs your help. He was born with an only recently diagnosed congenital heart defect and he needs surgery to repair it. Everyday tasks are now becoming insurmountable challenges. Because of his exact situation, the surgery he wants is only offered at a handful of hospitals in the country. He needs help paying for his out-of-pocket costs for the surgery and for everyday living expenses that keep adding up while he's away. Morgan has always worked hard and supported his family. He's 46 years old and has been married to his wife Janna for 28 years. He and Janna have been raising their kids (3 sons) since they were kids themselves. That hasn't left money to fall back on. His 20-year career has been helping low-income, disabled, and the senior population with Medicare and Medicaid coordination. First working in Appalachian Ohio in Athens and then moving his family back home to Jackson County, Oregon, and continuing his work there. By making the decision to focus his work on helping the most vulnerable members of our community, he knew that having a big bank account wasn't going to be in his future. With help from friends, family, and the generous community online and in our lives, I know we can get this done for him. He's scheduled to have completed all the tests and procedures necessary before surgery by the end of this month and he needs the money to schedule the operation and know his bills will be paid. Thank you all so much, God Bless
