What most new parents see as a beautiful and exciting day, quickly turned into a nightmare for Brittany, Morgan, and their newborn son Emmanuel.

On June 16th, 2023 my brother in law, Morgan and his wife Brittany gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Emmanuel Levi Baker, after over 24 hours of labor. Unfortunately, Emmanuel was without oxygen for over 10 minutes and had to be resuscitated after flatlining and rushed to Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY where he was brought to the NICU and given a very minor chance to live. However, he has made many strides in less than a week! At this time both Brittany and Morgan have requested to keep the particulars of Manny’s medical story private as Manny and his parents are still recovering but please know the needs are overwhelming and without question.
