When my client, Tyler, reached out about a gaming chair for his 15-year-old nephew, Taylor, he shared something that stayed with me.

A line from Tyler's original letter that I keep coming back to:

“If we're going to do things for Taylor, the time to do them is now.”

Taylor has spent the last two years facing an aggressive cancer. Gaming has become one of the few activities he can comfortably enjoy, and his uncle wanted to help make the time Taylor spends doing what he loves a little more comfortable.

But Tyler wasn't simply looking for a chair to gift.

He wanted his nephew to know that people were thinking of him. That even during the hardest moments, Taylor wasn't alone.

Tyler has since purchased an Embody Gaming chair and Coyl desk for Taylor, and I'm organizing a personal effort to help reimburse his uncle and send Taylor extra encouragement along the way.
