More life- Support Dan through his cancer battle
Donation protected
“Even now, as broken as you may feel, you are still so strong. There’s something to be said for how you hold yourself together and keep moving, even though you feel like shattering. Don’t stop. This is your healing. It doesn’t have to be pretty, or graceful. You just have to keep going.” - Maxwell Diawuoh
Dan and his family need our support right now to keep going and fight his cancer battle. At 25 years old, Dan was diagnosed roughly two years ago with a rare genetic condition that mutated into kidney cancer. Dan’s strength in those last two years has been unmeasurable. Dan worked for some time as he started cancer treatment, all while supporting his wife, Marissa, and two young children. Since the initial diagnosis, Dan has had to travel to Texas, MD, and NY to see different specialists as his cancer continued to spread throughout his treatment. Now, Dan is on his third line of treatment, and has been doing all he can to advocate for himself and fight this cancer. Unfortunately, with the traveling and treatments, Dan’s health has been declining, and he cannot work. The financial toll it has taken on him and his family should not be something any person should be stressing about while fighting for their life.
Dan has already faced many hardships, like losing both his parents at a young age and spending a portion of his youth in foster care. Despite those staggering circumstances, he made a stable life for himself, his wife and children. Dan continues to face every day with a positive perspective on life, living, and not taking anything for granted. Please help him and his family continue to fight this cancer battle without the stress of finances limiting him to keep on going, fighting, and living a full life with his wife and children. Any donations are appreciated.
