Help 222 Pastry Grow Into Its Next Chapter

First, I want to say how deeply grateful I am. Your encouragement, love and support have carried me to this point where 222 Pastry is truly thriving. What started as a dream is now a busy, growing bakery pop-up that I pour my heart into every single day and I couldn’t have gotten here without you.

Now, I’m stepping into the next chapter. I recently moved into my own beautiful kitchen space, which I share with one other small business. This is an exciting step but it also means I’ve had to purchase all of my own equipment to keep production going.

To truly grow and to keep up with demand I need a few key pieces of equipment:

• A croissant laminator (to roll butter layers more efficiently)

• A proofer (to create consistent, high-quality pastries faster)

• A stacked convection oven

• 30 qt mixer and table

With these tools, I’ll be able to produce so many more croissants and pastries (which you know sell out so quickly!) and my process will become faster and more efficient. This means more of my baked goods will make it into your hands and I’ll be able to expand my wholesale and community offerings.
