Morden Primary Post Covid Classroom Upgrade
We are a small one form entry school located in Morden with a high percentage of families struggling to make ends meet. The funding we get from the government just about keeps our current equipment running and buying new stuff is increasingly more difficult especially with Covid inflating prices across the technological space.
Post lockdown a lot of our children will need help catching up with their learning and we would like to upgrade our 9 year old iPads to help with this. iPads are an exciting tool to use in the classroom. The tablet presents itself very differently to a pen and paper and enthuses the children with the activities presented to them. Work becomes more of an activity and learning becomes more accessible especially to children that are struggling. We all know how it feels when you're struggling at work and you feel you're behind; it causes stress and demotivates you. We don't want our children feeling like this.
