We, Polk County Schools World Languages Teachers, are raising money to help Mrs. Moraima McKissen, Spanish Teacher at Tenoroc High School, who will be getting into a Cancer removal surgery today (2/4/2020). As you imagine, this is a difficult moment for Mrs. McKissen. We want to help with her medical expenses. We are aware that her healthcare plan is a high deductible insurance and the coverage will not be enough to afford all her expenses. It is for this reason that we want to collect money to help Mrs. McKissen in her recovery, adjustment and return to a normal life. We are expecting to meet our goal by mid February.
