Hello Everyone,

My name is Stephanie Caldwell, and I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my mother, Diana Moore, who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. Writing these words is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do because my mother is not only my mom, she is also truly my best friend.

Our family’s world changed unexpectedly when we learned of her diagnosis. As we begin navigating treatments, doctor visits, and the emotional weight of this journey, we are asking for help, support, and prayers from our community.

Anyone who knows my mother knows that she is one of the most loving, selfless, and giving people you could ever meet. She has always put others before herself and has spent so much of her life caring for those around her.

She is a devoted wife, mother of two, and grandmother of two who deeply loves her family. She is also someone who faithfully serves her church and community and is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Whether through encouragement, prayer, caregiving, or simply showing up for others, my mother has always been a light in the lives of so many people. Even while caring for her sick husband and carrying the responsibility as the head of her household, she continued to push forward with strength, grace, and love.

Recently, my mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer and is now in urgent need of ongoing treatment and medical care. While she does have health insurance, unfortunately her insurance does not cover all of the treatments, medications, appointments, and related medical expenses she now faces.

Because of her illness and treatment schedule, she has become unable to work. Since her income has been the primary source of support for her household, this has created an overwhelming financial burden on our family during an already heartbreaking time.

The funds raised will help support:

• Cancer treatments and medical expenses not covered by insurance

• Prescription medications

• Transportation to and from treatments and appointments

• Household bills and living expenses

• Utilities, groceries, and daily necessities

• Support while she is unable to work during treatment

Every contribution, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference for our family and help relieve some of the stress that comes with this difficult journey.

My mother has spent her life pouring into others, and now we are praying that the same love and support she has given so freely will surround her during this time. More than anything, we want her to be able to focus on healing, resting, and fighting this battle without the constant worry of how bills and treatment costs will be managed.
