Hello all, on the morning of Saturday, January 20th 2024, Ben Moore experienced a tragedy of his own. Ben, who is a coworker, friend and leader to many in the Green Township area, experienced a tragic house fire. Ben, his son along with his pets are safe and have been relocated due to the severe damage caused by the fire.

Ben is a single parent that has been serving the residents of Green Township as a Police Officer since 2010, with the last 4 years in the rank of Corporal. Ben volunteers his time organizing events with the Green Township Police Citizens Academy as well as Birthday with a Badge. Anyone that knows Ben, knows that he would give the shirt off his back if it were his last thing to give. Now it’s our turn to step up and help Ben and his son in a time of need as they prepare to move forward in this time of loss.
