Hello friends! I am raising funds to pay off Mooney’s medical bill from last year. Mooney’s smiling video has been viewed almost 25 million times. She has brought joy to millions all over the world and she is an absolute blessing to everyone she meets.

Last year Mooney began to exhibit serious medical distress. The final diagnosis, she had an overactive reproductive system that was producing too many yolks. The yolks were compressing her air sac (her version of a lung) and making it difficult for her to breathe. Without medical intervention her body would’ve filled with yolks, suffocating her from the inside. Mooney was only 9 months old at the time and deserved a chance to live a long and healthy life.

Unfortunately, pet insurance is not an option for ducks otherwise I would’ve purchased it immediately. And while some would question why I would spend so much to save Mooney’s life, I hope most would understand that Mooney is FAMILY. Our ducks are NOT wild animals. She is a domesticated duck as are all runner ducks, meaning they are reliant on humans to survive. The same as a dog or cat. Mooney’s videos with her siblings have gone viral multiple times and not only brought a smile to peoples faces, but made you laugh, and reminded you that there is still so much good in this world. Even when the world seems darkest. We are now asking for help to pay off her medical bill. I have been a pet owner most of my life and never dealt with something like this or had to pay off such a high vet bill. Any financial help you could offer would mean the world to us!
