My name is Adrian Cavazos. I am a native Texan, husband of 22 years and father of 5 children. I have worked for the US Postal Service for over eight years, and I love my job and give my all every day I work. I was recently diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease and will start dialysis soon. Eventually, I will need a kidney transplant.

Due to this significant health issue, I haven't been able to work for over two months. While it is not easy for me to ask for help, the time has come that I must humbly ask for the help of friends and family in order to support my family. We are behind on our bills and I have surgery soon to implant a dialysis catheter. Anything you are able to give will help and would be greatly appreciated.
