Montana's Mother of the Year

Not many of us get the honor to be recognized for the various things we do in life. When those moments do happen, it makes us feel so good about ourselves and the things we have accomplished.
Corinne was recognized for the many things she does for her family, her community and the people of Montana by Americanmothers.org, an organization that is committed to valuing mothers through service and education and has been MomStrong since 1935. American Mother's named Corinne Montana's Mother of the Year for 2015! An honor that is well deserved and to those of us that know her, not very surprising.
Corinne has a heart of gold that spans further than just her family. Always willing to help those in need, whether it be small little gestures, or organizing events for her community, Corinne never shy's away from helping.
Now it is our time to help her.
With this wonderful honor she has received, she has the opportunity to attend the American Mother's Annual Conference in Washington D.C. in April. This event runs from April 23-26th and will honor these amazing women who will represent their home states. Unless we all pitch in Corinne will have to miss this event.
Corinne and her family have had some tough times the past couple months. Her husband Donald got injured in Novemeber while at work and has been home recovering from this. Her son also was injured and recouping and just within the past 2 weeks, Corinne received some devastating news about her daughter Jordan. Jordan experienced an "episode" that required medical attention. This is when Corinne and her family discovered that Jordan not only has Down Syndrome, but also a disease called MoyaMoya. Between all of this, Corinne has had to take on a second job to help support her family moreso. There are just not enough funds to accomodate a trip for her, her husband and Jordan to attend this event in Washington D.C.
This is where we all get to help.
By making a contribution, Corinne will be able to attend this conference and possibly have enough left to cover the upcoming medical trips and specialists that Jordan will need. Our immediate goal is $5,000 but of course, any and all monies that are received will be appreciated.
