This fellow Quartzsite Police Officer and single mother of 3 has lost her temporary home she uses to stay at when working those long shifts and she is too tired to drive to Yuma (1+ hr drive). A wind storm struck the La Paz Valley RV park where she was staying and flipped her trailer over, completely destroying her trailer, damaged a neighbors trailer and damaged a second neighbors fence.  Luckily she was not in the trailer when it flipped over as she was handling a personal matter in Yuma. (Thank God)

She is a hard working single mother who always places her children first. She has dedicated her life as a public servant with over 13 years in Law Enforcement in the Yuma and Quartzsite Police Departments.  I have had the privilege of having her as a co-worker and have personally seen how she goes above and beyond to help the community during calls for service. Unfortunately this comes at a time when the kids are going back to school and money is tight do to school suplies and school clothing. (As a parent myself, I know how expensive that can be.)

I have set the goal high as she will immediately need cash to remove the trailer from where it lies ($600.00). Fix the neighbors damaged property ($3,000.00) and replace her trailer ($6000.00). ( These are all estimated
