Hi, my name is Debbie Locklear and I am fundraising for my daughter's memorial.

It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that the loss of my daughter, LaKecha "Monique" has left me, her brother, her 3 children, and a beautiful granddaughter, heartbroken. Monique was a bright light to others. She was outgoing, kind, and a generous soul. Her absence and contagious smile will be missed.
