I’m reaching out with a bit of a heavy heart, but also hope. I recently got the chance to schedule a surgery that I’ve been preparing for physically, emotionally, and financially — a surgery that will greatly improve my health and quality of life.

However, there was a recent misunderstanding with my coordinator, and I just found out that I need to pay the remaining $3,450 of my balance by August 15th in order to lock in my surgery date. I already have flight tickets booked for both me and my grandpa, and losing this opportunity now would be devastating — not only financially, but emotionally as well.

This surgery is a medical step that will help me address serious health issues, get my life back, and move forward into a future where I can thrive — not just survive. I’ve been working hard to prepare, and I’m so close… I just need help getting over this last financial hurdle.
