Monica is our older sister who has an intellictual disability. Monica has the kindest heart, who teaches us everyday that life is precious, and so grateful for the smallest things.
As you are aware, we lost our Mom to pancreatic cancer 16 days ago and last night we lost our Dad. We truly believe our Dad died of a broken heart after losing Mom. These were the two consistant people in Monica's life.
My brother and I will be taking over custody of our sister. We are asking for donations to help with the transition to move her to San Antonio to be with us. With your generosity, it will make the transition for Monica smoother. Any little bit helps.
