Hi everyone, my name is Mara and I am fundraising for the Pankiewicz family.

Right now they are going through the unthinkable and need our help.

Just before 2:00am on July 20th, 2026, our dear friend, sister, daughter and girlfriend, was involved in a fatal car accident in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Our hearts can't wrap around the fact that this is happening, why this happened, and what comes next.

Monica was a very funny, supportive, loyal, positive, and caring person. She had a profound and undeniable love for her family and friends. She never put herself first, and was always the first one checking in on you. She was super proud of her Polish heritage, had a passion for food, and absolutely adored her beloved cat, Donut.

As many of you know, the cost of just about anything these days is too much, and the financial burden of taking care of the after math of this tragedy should be the last thing the Pankiewicz family has to deal with. No parent should have to bury their child.

If you are able to help at this time it would greatly appreciated. All proceeds will go directly to her father, Andrzej Pankiewicz.
