Monica Bermudez Funds for Breast Cancer ♋️

Hi, my name is Monica. I am 41 years old. I am originally from Costa Rica, but I met my husband in Ohio while I was visiting.  We have been married 9 months. My husband Chris is an amazing man of God and is my rock through this. 

 I was recently diagnosed with  breast Cancer in February,  after I noticed I had a knot appear in  my underarm / right breast in the shower one day.  My husband told me that it could be from the Vaccine that we had both just gotten.   He told me that it was best that I get it checked out.  

I then went to get a mammogram,   ultra sound and then a biopsy of  what they called a “ complex cyst “  I found out that is was Triple-negative breast cancer which is only in 10-20 % of patients.   Not something at 41 you are ready to hear. 

I would love your support through this long journey that I have ahead of me.  The funds will be used for treatment for 6 months. Thank you so much for your love and support. I will be starting treatment on April 6 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati,  Ohio at the cancer center.  Again thank you for anything you can do.
