As most of you have heard Mando hadn't been feeling well so his wife Denia took him to the ER on Tuesday. When Mando arrived, walking in on his own, and still being somewhat of a jokester, he found out that his blood sugar was at 1279. Doctors and nurses are still wondering how he walked in. He was immediately admitted so they could get his blood sugar down and monitor him. He was hoping to go home the next day, but that didn't happen. Blood sugar went down with high doses of medications, but with that came another issue with his kidneys, causing blurred vision and high blood counts, so of course, they put him on more medications to protect his kidneys, and that scored him another night in the hospital. His numbers have come down, he's anywhere between 220-280. So he gets to come home, which will really be good for him to start his new lifestyle.
As you also know, Mando is one of the Founding Fathers of The Alley Cats and is AWESOME at what he does. The bad thing is that is his main source of income and with the COVID 19 Pandemic, he has been out of a job since March. All gigs have been canceled. He does a little Ubering here and there, but again, with COVID 19, not much of that going on. His Insurance is covering little to none and he could really use our help. Mando goes over and beyond for his friends and family, he has a heart of gold. I think it's time that we pitch in and give him a little stress relief. He has enough on his plate right now. What ever you can do would be greatly appreciated. All monies will go towards his hospital bill and medication costs.
Thank You In Advance!
