Justin is a 45 year old hard-working Igbo man, father of two young children, with a wife who is unemployed in Nigeria. Justin was the sole breadwinner for his family when he suddenly became ill and was diagnosed with advanced kidney failure. He now requires dialysis three times weekly along very expensive medications and blood transfusions to keep him alive until a kidney transplant can be done. Without insurance and no money, he will not be able to continue dialysis and the medications needed to keep him alive. Even with dialysis, doctors have advised that his only hope for cure will be a kidney transplant.
