Monde is a primary school in Zimbabwe which caters to students in the lower income rural areas right outside of Victoria Falls, and provides education for students from preschool age to grade 7.  Because the majority of families in this area live at a subsistence level and due to the impoverished nature of Zimbabwe, many of the students' school fees go unpaid, and as a result, there is not enough money for school supplies or full teachers' salaries.  Six of my friends donated school supplies but i was saddened to learn that the schools eletric bill was unpaid and the the school was operating without any electricity.
