Mona’s Path to Wellness and Recovery

Hi, my name is Christina, Mona’s Niece (by choice) ❤️

Unfortunately, I am making this page to inform anyone who might not know about the recent medical struggles she has endured.

Around Thanksgiving 2023, Mona suffered from several mini strokes, which left her hospitalized. The mini strokes have lead to further exploration, and sadly they found cancer.

More details about the timeline of the events will be posted in the near future on CaringBridge.

In light of Mona's recent health issues, we have decided to create a GoFundMe account to aid in financing her treatments and any remaining life expenses she might have, as she has not been able to work. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will bring us one step closer to ensuring her recovery.
