Many of you are aware that Mona Bilden is battling breast cancer for the third time.  When you visit with her, she is her typical up-beat self even after having  surgery to remove the breast cancer mass in her lung .  Her current treatment involves lifelong monthly and very expensive injections that attempt to keep her breast cancer cells dormant.  These injections result in nausea and prolonged migraine headaches.  Consequently, she has exhausted her sick-day leave from teaching.  
After many, many trips to the Mayo Clinic in MN, Mark and Mona will be traveling numerous times back to Mayo for followup exams.  They are in need of our prayers and positive thoughts.  Our goal is to help defray as many costs as possible so that Mona can concentrate on healing, not getting cancer a fourth time and not worry about the financial burdon of fighting cancer.    If you are inclined to donate to her travel and living expenses while she recovers, please donate here or send donations to
