Hi, I'm Whitney, Mona's oldest daughter. As most of you know in June 2021 my mom had a stroke losing all movement of her right side. She has made some great progress over the last 2 years but continues to need a wheelchair for any long distances.

If you know Mona, you know that she's not one to ask for help. She has always put everyone else's needs before her own. She has always been and continues to be the most selfless person I know.

A powered wheelchair would be life changing for her. Right now she scoots around in her wheelchair and sometimes she gets lucky and Kase hooks her up with a ride. More than anything I know she has missed keeping up with Kase. That boy means the world to her and she wants to be able to enjoy for trips to the zoo, fairs, vacations, etc. without any limitations.

She deserves this more than anyone I know.

Anything will help us get to our goal even if it is just a prayer.

Any extra would go to any medical bills and/or house modifications that are still needed to make it wheelchair accessible.
