As most of you know, my mom is one of the most sweetest, loving and beautiful person you have ever met.
Mom was born with a hole in her heart which prevented her from doing most of her activities. About 10 years ago she had a stroke, which left her to lose 90% of her vision on her right eye, although the illness didn't stop there. In 2010 she had a pacemaker placed in to help her do most of her daily activities. While having her pacemaker she had numerous shocks to her heart which led her battery to drain within 2 years (normally batteries for a pacemaker lasts up to 5 years). This past May she had another pacemaker placed in, we all were so happy thinking "this is it, moms going to have a normal life." But no, it didn't end there. Now we are told by the doctors that the only option to have mom live a normal life is for her to have a heart transplant.
As you can imagine medical bills have just been piling up. This money we are raising is going towards moms medical bills. The last thing I want is for my mom to stress out about medical bills.
Throughout this entire horrific journey, mom still manages to always have a smile on her face. Every bit will help our family and I would like to thank everyone in advance. So let's all get together and help mom through all of this that's going on in her life.
