Mom's health issues - family struggle

As most of you know mom has been in and out of the hospital since March and is still there. She's sadly not doing well but we finally got a doctor to hear us and insist on the much needed testing and procedures necessary to get a diagnosis.

This has been the most stressful and heartbreaking thing I have ever experienced, and seeing mom suffer is the worst part.

Her two sisters are flying out next week to see her and help me navigate this process. Since we don't yet know her prognosis, we don't know how long this will take.

I have not worked for over a month and we don't have paid family leave. This is another level of stress for me.

I know many of you have asked how you can help. This is an easy way for you to do that. We have may expenses during this time and have no idea what kinds of medical bills will come from this.

I wasn't going to set this up, but after much thought I decided to do it. I know mom would appreciate everyones thoughts, prayers, and help. She worries about me and I am being strong for her but I will admit, I would love some help.

Thank you everyone for your messages and texts and comments for my mom.

I will keep you all informed on moms status. Lets hope she will improve once the family is together.
