Mom's car was stolen and totaled in car chase!

My mothers only mode of transportation was robbed from her and totaled,  she only had liability insurance. She is on social security disability and needs a vehicle to get to appointments and be able to do everyday survival necessities. She is also dealing with the death of my sister and her daughter. We are all going through a rough time together and would appreciate any help. Thank you and God Bless.
