Mom's Apt Flooded-Help

Hi my name is Kara and I am fundraising for my mom Liza. I need her to know that we care so much about her and I want to raise money to help her in any way possible. Last night during flood Ida her basement apartment in Queens flooded and it looks like she is going to lose everything. We want to make sure that this doesn't happen. Food, clothes, furniture, 50+ year old priceless pictures etc.

So far her food is all garbage, her dining table, chairs, sofa, bed, end tables are ruined. Her phone is slowly on the fritz as well. This is an awful tragic loss but she's physically okay.

My mom is a generous, kind hearted, beautiful and kind human being. She doesn't deserve this.

It's the most uncomfortable question but can you please help in any way! We appreciate you all! Xo
