Momo needs our help, and I am calling on this Instagram family to join me in supporting her family as they pursue a potentially life-extending surgery for our girl.

Mo came to foster camp earlier this year as a fospice case. We knew she had kidney problems and would have a limited time to live, but since being adopted by Samantha and Michael and receiving more veterinary testing, we now know that her prognosis is more dire and she has less than a year to live without intervention.

Samantha and Michael are committed to Momo and are going to do everything possible (and reasonable) to give her more time, and next week they are taking her to a specialty clinic for multiple appointments and a kidney biopsy.

The cost estimate is 6K, and they are renting an Airbnb for a week to make these appointments possible which makes their cost higher. They did not ask for my help, but I know how hard veterinary bills like this can be, and I want to help them as much as we can.
