Mom moving to kansas is broke down and needs help!

My name is Mary, and I am moving to Kansas from the Long Beach Peninsula to reunite with my daughter who just had a baby. I lost custody almost 20 years ago and haven't seen her since then, so I have worked very hard hopeful of a possible future reunion. I left the west coast Dec. 30, 2023 and made it just Pendleton Oregon when my drive shaft tore into pieces damaging my truck, leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. I paid a repair shop in Ilwaco to fix the ujoints last summer, yet before leaving they went bad and I discovered the mechanic had not replaced them and he damaged the driveshaft. I confronted him and he replaced the shaft but now it's in pieces. I moved out of my home on the coast and was headed to my new home in Kansas so I have no place to stay. The tow was expensive, they want $900 to tow my 5x8 trailer and $1000 for my truck to get me back to Portland. I need money for auto repairs, lodging to stay here and fix truck then get back on the road. Also, may need to have vehicle and trailer towed to shop here or portland, or in between. I don't have this kind of money, I have been ripped off by auto repair people, it's cold and I am staying in my truck with my dog. I really would just like to go home in Kansas and see my family again. This has been a long awaited reunion and I am scared and heart broken right now. Please help.
