Hi everyone, I am raising this fund to support one of our Panda family members, JayC, to find the way home to see his mom.

JayC was born and raised in the Philippines in a family of 6. He is the oldest brother among the 6. He came to the US in 2018 looking for a better life and opportunities to support his family, his mom, his younger brother and four sisters in the province.

 

He started joined Our Panda family in 2020, with the hard-working and perseverance; he got promoted to become a chef in 2021. He is very grateful for this opportunity, which helps him financially as the main provider for his family and saves for one day with the trip back home.

 

 

 

 

Unfortunately, his mom has diagnosed with cancer in March 2022. Jayc consistently worked six days a week as a loving son and picked up any available shift to help with the hospital bills, hoping his mom would get better. However, after going through many surgeries, his mom could not wait to see him, and she passed away on May 28，2022 at the age of 61, while JayC and his whole family tested positive for covid and were in quarantine time.
