Hi everyone! Our names are Gonzalo Gomez and Coby Marcus. We are student filmmakers with a passion for telling heartfelt stories that resonate with people of all ages. We are currently working on a short film and truly believe we can make an impact — but we need your help to make it a reality.

About the Film

Our short film follows the life of one boy as he grows into an old man. Through his journey, we see the shift from the playful joy and endless possibilities of childhood to the regrets and hopelessness that can come with old age. Yet at its core, this is a story of hope. In the final moments, our character is reminded that, despite his regrets, life was worth living.

This is a deeply emotional, visually striking story about what it means to grow up, lose your sense of wonder, and ultimately rediscover the beauty of life.

Why We Need Your Support

As a student production, we’re working with a limited budget — but we want to do justice to this story. Every dollar raised will go directly toward essential costs, including:

Food and snacks for our hardworking cast and crew (keeping everyone fueled and happy on long shooting days!)

Props and set design to authentically represent different stages of our character’s life

Location fees to help us find the perfect settings for each phase of the story
