Starting from the beginning (long story short)…

Authorities activated an Amber Alert to find the whereabouts of my niece, 7-month-old Valentina Sabean. Valentina’s mom (my sister, Racquel Sabean) was found dead in the back seat of her car— see articles below.

Police arrived at the location of her abandoned car (due to a foul odor reported by the neighbors). After an inspection, they observed there was a cooler inside the vehicle. Once opened, a decomposing body was found inside— confirmed to be Racquel.

According to the Attorney General, my sister’s boyfriend (and Valentina’s dad) is considered to be her killer. Racquel and our family knew Valentina’s dad as Paul Phillips. But, we have recently learned his real name is Tyler Adams.

On June 15, 2022, Tyler Adams (“Paul”) was detained in Mexico.

However, despite Mexican authorities claiming they turned him over to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the border this week, he is now unaccounted for in the US.

The FBI says Tyler Adams is known to use more than a dozen aliases— a “Master of Disguise” — see FBI News Release below from June 17, 2022.

“He's wanted in connection to an unsolved homicide in Mexico, so yes, he should be considered dangerous," FBI Special Agent William McNamara said.

Agent McNamara warns, “He changes his look, he has multiple identities he uses over time.”

Thankfully, on June 16, 2022, baby Valentina was found safe in Rosarito Mexico ❤️

However, Tyler Adams is still on the run and dangerous.
