Mom and grandmother fighting cancer

Hi I’m creating this for my sister Karen. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and is undergoing chemo treatments right now. She still has a long road ahead of her and on Christmas Eve, found out that a lot of money was taken out of her bank account. She has been fighting for resolution and keeps getting the runaround. See the full story below.
Christmas Eve, I noticed a huge amount of money was taken out of my bank account with US Bank, thousands of dollars. I only had this much due to cashing in my 401k. Chemo has been tough and I wanted to focus on my health so I cashed it in with the hopes of being able to work less, rest and like I said, focus on my health. Chemo is not something you develop a tolerance to. It builds up in your system and the side effects are not good. Look them up. I’ve endured them all and they get harsher as it builds within. Now instead of getting the rest I need, I’ve been contacting US Bank every day since this started to try for a resolution. I get the runaround, nobody can give me a straight answer and it’s frustrating. I shouldn’t have to be going through this and it’s taking a huge toll on my health. I’m weak, getting nosebleeds, headaches and severe nausea. The stress of the situation added to the chemo side effects is really getting to me. And now the money I had planned on using to get by, is gone and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Just hoops to jump through and dead ends.
