Mom & Pop's Print Shop is a family-owned and operated design & production studio located in Charlotte, NC. Since 2011, we've offered our clients the widest variety of print processes and design services and with one goal in mind: to be a leading community resource for turn-key creative print. From screen printed apparel to letterpress invitations, our products and services are always individually hand-crafted by real humans at an extreme micro local level.
The very core of our business is fueled by social events and gatherings. Schools, sports, weddings, fundraisers & life's most important milestones. The COVID-19 Virus and Stay-at-Home orders have caused sales to plummet and nearly 90% of all our customers have postponed or cancelled their future events and/or orders.
We are now desperately asking for help from you, the community that we served for nearly 10 years, while we pivot or business model, focus on new opportunities and wait for additional funding channels to open in the form of government SBA loans, Paycheck protection Act, EIDL, Verizon grants & GoFundMe's own #SmallBusinessRelief Fund.
In the meantime, we need cash to keep the dream alive and have a goal of raising $40,000 to help cover essential needs of our staff and business. 100% of these funds will go into keeping our virtual doors open to you, the community, that needs our services including bars & restaurants, hospitals and emergency response teams.
With your help, here is how we will spend your donations:
1. Employees - $12,000 monthly - Our craftspeople and designers are the heart of our business. Paying our employees a livable wage is a paramount. Without them, there is nothing.





2. Overhead - $ 8,000 - These are our fixed costs, commercial occupancy in Charlotte facility, utilities, taxes and equipment expenses. Covering these expenses makes us available to the community, keeps equipment running and our customized products in your hands.
