So together, we are raising money to benefit Maronites on Mission Australia Limited (MOM). Funds raised will be used for MOM’s 10th annual overseas mission to help the poorest of the poor in the slums of Manila and Naga in the Philippines (in collaboration with the Missionaries of the Poor).
Our mission in January 2024 will be filled with charitable works of love, prayer and service, including, but not limited to:-
- Feeding thousands of people living amidst a garbage dump;
- Redeveloping homes and restoring the church;
- Visiting and feeding the mentally challenged imprisoned men and women;
- Purchasing essential goods for those in need;
- Purchasing educational items, stationary and school supplies;
- Treating patients for medical and dental needs; and
- Setting up a makeshift pharmacy dispensing thousands of free medications.
