Molly was a beloved student in our preschool special day class at Live Oak Elementary. She had a spunky sense of fun, a smile that could light up the world, and an enduring, positive effect on the lives of all who knew her. She will live forever in our hearts.

We're raising funds to help support the addition of play equipment to our outdoor play area as a memorial to Molly, who loved to play outside at school.

The new equipment will complement our existing play structure and be fully accessible to all students, including those with differing orthopedic, visual and hearing abilities. It will be composed of a vertical xylophone and a set of drums, to promote creative music play. A third section will include a play clock, outdoor mirror and display of facial expressions, offering fun opportunities for social-emotional awareness and learning.

These are all items we feel Molly would have loved playing with and exploring with her classmates. This play equipment will expand individual and shared play opportunities for all preschool through kindergarten-age students at Live Oak. It will be a fitting, long-lasting tribute to Molly's joyful and adventurous spirit.

We invite you to be part of this very special project. Donations in any amount are warmly welcomed. Funds collected will be used for the purchase and installation of this Kompan equipment, along with a plaque to be installed, to commemorate this memorial to Molly on our preschool playground.
