So, with the challenges we have all faced in 2020, we have unable to hold Molly's Gift fundraising events in the way that we had hoped. Luckily, we were able to give out our first small grants awards and were delighted to support 17 inspirational applicants. We are super happy with the positive impact we have achieved through our trust so far and we can't wait to get up and running for our next round of funding!
As most of us have found ourselves facing tier 4 covid restrictions, we know that January is going to be tough. SO, we want to start our campaign this year to get everyone active together and bring at least some positivity to the new year.
THE PLAN ....
We want to set YOU a challenge to get active and start the year ticking off one from the list of new year's resolutions... together.
We challenge you to complete 6 (hundred) minutes of activity between Wednesday 6th January - Saturday 6th February.
THIS WORKS OUT AT JUST UNDER 20 MINUTES A DAY - doesn't sound as bad now does it?...
HOW? - it's up to YOU how you decide to tackle the challenge. Walk, Run, Cycle, Home Workout, Sport....Swim (if you like coldwater!)
We will give you some hints and tips but as long as you are active for 600 minutes (or longer!) you will complete the challenge.
HOW TO JOIN - Of course, the main aim is to help everyone smile and keep us together and active during a tough month... However, we would love it if you could help us raise some money to this years campaign. If you donate, you are automatically part of the challenge - that's it, simple. But... don't stop there, share with friends and family and encourage them to join or donate and support you to achieve your 600 minutes.

DO I NEED TO RECORD? - YES - USE OUR TRACKER BELOW... simply hit the link, sign up, CLICK JOIN CHALLENGE and use the "activity log" to record. You can manually input or sync your strava / fitbit / google account to automatically upload your activity. There is a leaderboard there so you can track your progress and see how others are doing!
NOTE ^^^^ it is not essential to join the leaderboard if you would rather use old school pen and paper!
