Molly is paralyzed

I need urgent help! My dog Molly can't move anymore at all! Within 2 weeks, she became completely paralyzed due to instability in the back vertebra.

At first, she started walking with a tilted head and kinda walked like a drunk, so at first, we assumed it was an ear infection. We took her to the vet, who confirmed our suspicions, and gave us medicines to treat it. She stopped walking with a tilting head, but her balance got worse and worse. Last week I had to help her get up multiple times, she kept falling down. On Friday she could barely put 3 steps before she got out of balance and I had to pick her up again. I took her to the vet again that day, who confirmed that her ear infection was gone, so it had to be something else. After some tests on Molly's balance, she gave me a referral to the neurologist in Utrecht. The weekend followed, so Utrecht was closed. But Molly got worse, and on Sunday she was completely paralyzed, couldn't even turn around in her basket, and looked like this:

On Monday I immediately arranged an emergency appointment in Utrecht and went there with Molly as fast as I could. The neurologists and surgeons were the best of the best in the country (and apparently the only ones in the country). They first did some blood tests, but there were no issues. Then they proceeded to make an MRI scan of her body.  The instability in her neck quickly became visible; the signals of her brain that allows her to use her paws are being blocked in her neck due to hernia and some more issues in the same area. She can only fully recover by surgery. But I was shocked to hear the price indication of this treatment: over 4000 euros, of which 1000 euros were for the MRI and the other 3000+ for the surgery.

I have never ever in my life had gotten a surgery bill so high! I make only 600+ euros a month with my job, of which pretty much everything goes to bills and vet bills of the rabbits and rodents in my animal sanctuary  (I have a small rabbit/rodent sanctuary in my backyard). I have no savings either; everyone who knows me knows that I never buy anything for myself because I spend all of my money on saving animals in need. My sanctuary is still super small (it's not an official sanctuary with a large field, just a very small one I have at my home in a normal backyard). It's therefore not very well known (yet), and had very few supporters. So I still pay the majority of vet bills from my own pocket.

In the past 2 months, more rabbits were dumped at my place than ever before, including a few urgent larger nests of animals. I had thousands of euros of vet bills to pay because of this, and also arranged many spay/neuter programs. I managed to fund it by combining the money from my crowdfunding campaigns and my own salary. That was a really hard financial hit on my small sanctuary. I need some time to become financially healthy again, so the vet bill for Molly has a really bad timing right now. I agreed with the treatment, because without it she won't survive, and told them I will pay. But the bill will follow soon, and I honestly can't pay for it. I am so angry with myself. I've been saving dozens of animals since 2013, but this is the first time I really, really can't pay for an animal's treatment!!! My micro sanctuary is at its limit. And this campaign is Molly's only hope. I clean up other people's mess (dumped pets) but I don't receive any form of financial support for this. I'm all alone in this, I'm doing the very best I can. But this time it just isn't enough.

I rescued Molly about 5 years ago. She was in bad condition back then, but she completely recovered. She is such a sweet dog! Very shy and modest, will never pick a fight. She loves Kiki, my other little dog, very much and follows her around everywhere. She is happiest when she's in her basket with a snack to nibble on. She deserves to be healthy again so she can do those things again. Not to live like a greenhouse plant that can't move.

If anyone can contribute to Molly's treatment PLEASE donate! Please! It would mean the world to me (and to Molly, of course). Any amount will do, even $1. And if you can't help by donating, please SHARE! SHARE! SHARE! I'll keep posting updates in this campaign of Molly's condition, and will also attach the vet bill in one of the updates (feel free to call the vet's phone number in the bill to confirm that this is not a scam and that Molly is a real patient at their clinic).
